So I relapsed last wednesday night and it was worse than ever before, just like other alcoholics have always told me. That each time you go back out it just gets worse and they are right. This time it wasn't just one night either, it was a few days of drinking but I want to stop before it is too late. So I have been thinking a lot, talking to some friends with a lot more sobriety and have decided to look into a rehab stay. Scares me so much to think about it and I don't really even like the idea but I really need help and do not want to wait until something worse happens. Keep me in your thoughts please, I can use all the prayers and good thoughts I can get cause I do not have the strength on my own not to drink.
