I have been signing since I was 8. Since all of my friends sign, it is easy for me to go through school. Also, all the classes i'm taking are ASL classes, so everything is signed.

I've taken a signing class but it was so fast paced and I was the only hearing impaired student I didn't understand a lot and there wasn't a lot of time to dwell on one student.
