works the best so far, but my reaction to how it works changes regularly... half a capsule can hit me harder one day than 2 capsules the next.

Thought it was great until I had a major B/P spike. The doc thought it prudent to change meds He said t the dexedrine rarelycaused the BP problems, but it was less likely to then any other stimulant so I am not prescribed daytime stimulants. Alive and tired is better then dead.

I take regular in morning to kick-start my day and then time-released to keep me more functional into the night. Dry-mouth/constipation for side effects. Seems to mostly work. Not good to take when sick with a fever!
