20mg this medicine will put you to sleep no matter how bad your insomnia is the only problem is it lasts all the next day so youll get plenty of sleep but youre so tired the next day that getting out of bed is a serious challenge and if you have something to do that day youd be better off just not sleeping it completly takes all of your energy away for at least 24 hours. I dont take it anymore because I can get more done if I havent slept in two days than a day after taking this.
