Starting taking this as a study drug and it worked so I stayed on it. I take 100mg in the morning and 200mg at night. It is similar to Topamax, but with less side effects in my opinion. It is a good medicine to combat the weight gain that often comes with all these other meds.

Am taking 200mg a day. I am not getting as many mingraines. I am getting nasty headaches but not migraines. Do feel out of it some days, cant concentrate & feel tired some days but have only had 2 migraines since being upped to 200mg a day. 100mg a day did not work for me.
