I think that over time it has reduced my panic attacks to almost nothing. No side effects
As long as I keep up with taking it, it does help balance out my moods.

It took awhile for me and my counselor to reach an appropriate dose. I now take 150 mg a day and am doing well. Im pretty sure taking the medication saved my life although you must be aware that this specific medication or medication in general is not necessary for everyone. Advice DO NOT stop taking it abruptly. Take the medication with seriousness and caution. Do not treat the effects of a pill lightly.
