doesn't really help much with irritability. Just makes me very sleepy and incapacitated during the first few days of my period...lazy feeling and fatigued.

it works. but I am always so sleepy. I find that it isn't effective enough against PMS mood altering symptoms - I am fine all month but I always get depressed around the time I am due to have my period. It is like clock work I know exactly which days I am going to be sad, angry, etc.

Very good at improving mood, but vicious withdrawal (I am psychologically and physiologically addicted to it) and 0 sex drive.

Worked in the hospital and after my release.I hapost traumatic stress sydrome at the time. Side effect: flat affect

Love it! But I switched to cymbalta because of the pain from fibromyalgia, which I also like.

side affects were drainage down the back of my throat causing constant irritation and pain
