I have been fortunate in that this has been effective for me. I am at a daily dose of 150.

I took this the first time I ever sought help for depression and that was years ago, it was major depression. Zoloft lifted me right on up out of it. Side effects were diarrhea and stomach pain. Since at that time I wasn't the huge mess physically that I am now, I just put up with it.
