6 month treatment for endometriosis

side effects nearly killed me i was miserable, but it worked

Worked really well but does not keep it away just long enough for me to get pregnant.

Every 3 months. Injection in my bum. Makes me feel rubbish for the first week, but after that I feel brillaint. I have found that this treatment seems to affect my mood quite a bit in the first few days after the injection.

Actually was Lupron, was on it twice for 12mo. each time....oh I loved hot flashes :)

Worked for about 6 years but now everything is worse than ever.

I found zoladex implants to be excellent as they stopped your periods but i was told that you can only have 6 months treatment and no more even though i found zoladex to work for me, which is annoying and upseting, when you know the product works and you can't have it.

I have had a 6 month course and its been fantastic, pain free.... until 2 weeks after the 6th injection ran out the pain had came back. My hospital appointment is in May so doctors decided to give me a 7th injection to keep me going but unfortunately I got it a week ago and its not taking effect.
As for side effects all I got was the mood swings. No hot flushes or anything.

This did what it was set out to do ie stop my periods so no more endo gre whilst waiting for lap & dye. The HRT made me develop a blood clot in my left calf! Did not have very bade side effects whilst on HRT but had one month without and just had a few hot flushes - nothing too bad.
