Started in September, 2009. So far no side effects. This had lowered my triglycerides from 297 to 220 on 11/10 2009.

Somewhat Helpful
I was taking Zetia alone for about 5 years without any side effects. But my 500 cholesterol never came down much, and stayed around 400.
