This seems to be helping.
This helps with the acid refluxheartburn issues and my doctor thinks it might help with my gut too. I think it helps my gut when I eat spicy food not so sure about whether it helps my gut on a daily basis. Definitely kicks the heartburn though!

Worked well for a while at 150mg 2x per day but then stopped being effective.

get heartburn real bad sometimes it feels like chestpain but the doctor says its not.

I now experiance Acid Reflux. 150mgs. in the morning usually does it for the day. Plus I it helps with the nausia.
