2 x 150mg per day. Does wonders really, sometimes I will get bad days where I need to take Antacids, but to be fair I eat what I want and have not changed my diet whilst taking these tablets. Life would be waste without them.

I take 300mg twice a day. I guess it helps. I dont have any side effects so that is good.
