I had crushing chest pain off and on for years never had heartburn lots of tests showed nothing wrong until 24 hour pH test. Ranitidine helping chest pain still pushes through when Im under a lot of stress and there are some unwanted side effects.

My symptoms were initially controlled by Ebastel tab (Ebastine) its a new class of antihistamine I am not sure about the availability in US region.After few days itch was coming back but instead of H1 blocker anti histamines as we know I added H2 blocker Ranitidine 300 mg once a day these H2 receptors are present in stomach and they prevent the allergies originating from stomach. It worked like magic for me. y sy
