2 x 150mg per day. Does wonders really, sometimes I will get bad days where I need to take Antacids, but to be fair I eat what I want and have not changed my diet whilst taking these tablets. Life would be waste without them.

used to take ant acids by the dozen but read somewhere that this upsets the chemical balance of the system so changed to Zantac or Renitidine which seems to work better and I only need take one per day.
