i used to be on 300 mil tablet twice per day now I only take one 300 mil tablet after dinner each day. I am able to sleep comfortably all night without waking up in pain.

Lower doses like 75 mg do absolutely nothing. Ive found that 300 mg twice a dayalong with Maalox gives me adequate relief except when my hernia is really acting up. Then it takes a few days of my HH routine before things settle down.
