Used as a replacement for Albuterol when my son was still using the nebulizer and the Dr. felt the Albuterol wasn't working well enough. The Xopenex eventually lost effectiveness and we went back to the Albuterol.

Our CFer uses this before PE and right before his vest treatment. Seems to help quite a bit. I prefer Xopenex over Albuterol because it accomplishes the same goal but doesnt leave him feeling jittery and hyper.

I have been taking this Xopenex 2x daily for 3 days and so far it seems to be very good option for me with no side effects. I don't know for sure if this is enough, am trying to take this one day at a time.
