Although quite unpleasant, this drug did work. It encourages you to eat food lower in fat because the less fat you eat, the less mess you have. Plain and simple. I experienced no negative side effects other than the obvious.

I personally do not use Xenical but my mother (54) and father (50) use it and both have been very successful. My father has lost over 70 pounds and my mother has lost 30. Their doctor recommended it to them.
