Worked great, just never had enough of it.

I was on Ativan and it seemed to be not working as well over time. The Xanax seems to be working.

Works when I take it but only as needed.

I only have been prescribed a couple pills here and there (six tabs max) and I take .25mg (break my .5mgs in half) and have found that when I am having an anxiety attack, Xanax calms me down nicely. Side effect is drowsiness.

I use this as needed and i take just as small dose to calm things down. then i try to keep busy

I love and hate this drug. I was never prescribed this drug, but I really use to abuse it. Bad. Anyway, it works great for the short term. Loses its effectiveness if I use it too frequently. It's highly addictive and, after popping away (even snorting), i would find myself in places i did not remember. Nuf said.

been taking xanax as needed, is working

scared cuz my dose keeps getting bumped up up to 8 mg a day just to have a normal life

yes it works but it has become a crutch
