Latanoprost is used to treat certain kinds of glaucoma. It is also used to treat a condition called hypertension of the eye. Latanoprost appears to work by increasing the outflow of fluid from the eye. This lowers the pressure in the eye.

Only in his right eye at night. He says it does not burn as much as the Cosopt!

Have been on Xalatan for a long time. When the colour of my eye turned green from brown due to teh Fuchs, putting Xalatan in the eye actually turned it darker again - in fact, darker than before. It has worked well with Cosopt for a couple of years.

One drop in my left eye every night seems to be working. My pressures were equal and in normal range.
