Venting your thoughts out can be extremely helpful, especially if you feel the need to express yourslef in a safe way by documenting it and keeping records of your moods, feelings, and behaviors. It also give you a real life medium you can use to reflect upon your past experiences and apply them to your current life or things you wish wish to do/carry out in the future.
