Its working . I can write down stuff I would not be able to tell anyone

I'm able to organize my sometimes racing thoughts this way. Very effective

I write often and it helps for a while until the feeling and the urge comes again. Lately, I have a very nosy housemate who will not allow me my solitude or privacy to write of things it may hurt him to read. And I've been having a little more trouble than usual to feel level because of this.

Kept an online blog with Livejournal. It helped but I stopped writing about a month ago when things got to overwhelming to write about

I write about it to friends and i write him all the time. It works for a while.

I write about everything, it helps me clear my head and think rationally again
Working / Worked
It helps. I can get my thoughts out and not worry about upsetting or offending anyone else. The only downfall is there is no one to bounce ideas and feelings off of, so there is no feedback and that is what I need.

I really need to pick it up again, it's so helpful.

Already writing part of my profile helped. I love writing, and sometimes getting out all of my sadness helps. What I like to do is write poems expressing my sadness or just full out feelings, and then put it through the shredder or tear it up. Just getting my emotions out in front of me helps sometimes. And then after I read it over, I shred/cut it up, to show that I don't have to feel these feelings.
