when I write I don't just focus on the problem I try to look at it from other perspectives and even come up with strategies for dealing with it.

I write blogs on myspace and sometimes they help. My own personal diary only made me feel worse because I'd write really negative and dangerous things there that I would not write if I knew someone would read it.
