The only downside to this is that I had to really think about what I was going to write about. I had no want to write down nonsense or ramblings, but I wanted to be able to go back later and read it. I could see if I have gotten better or worse.

I write in a journal every day... I'm able to vent on paper what i can't scream out loud. I can also look back & see the progress from an emotional view point and that is reassuring that life is going forward.
Have kept a journal in relationships.
Trying to work on my anger when I feel manipulated.
