Helps when I'm in pain and don't want to move my wrists and wear them when I go out to keep people from shaking my hand.

was alright in giving control of pain when needed..but the long term effects were they were begining to affect my behaviour towards other people,,but better now i no longer need them

used in coordination with water exercises: 10min flexing fingers in warm water (water over wrist too) then 1 min in cold water..4 min in warm..one in cold repeat

I still wear spints while I sleep even though both surgeries were two years ago

Took the pain away

I only wear these at night and I no longer have numb or tingly hands in the night. I do not wear during the day because I was losing strength and getting shaky hands and pain was more intense when they came off.

wore these to bed for 3 years without seeing improvement

It works, except when my hand is swollen.

It helps when I wear the brace during the day and at night.

i lost some weight and they are too big for me but when i had them on and slept in them the pain was lest
