helpful but still painful
WHen my wrists are aggrevatied I put them into the splints (one or both) and give them 8-10 hours to have complate rest. This works for me and has for many years.

i have about 5 different types now, elastic supports for typing when the pain gets bad and idon't have the time to stop. ones with metal that i have been instructed to sleep in ( tho a physio told me the Dr was wrong and this would weaken the muscles) i just can't sleep in the bloody things however and when i try i always find them halfway across the room the next morning
Working / Worked
They help by absorbing much of the wt & I can't twist my wrists while they're on.
I wear them to bed or anytime during the day that I'm having a lot of numbness and pain. They definitely help.
