I didn't officially join. My Aunt gave me all of the materials and I lost 50 pounds.
Working / Worked
I've stopped and started WW at least 4 times. It works fine but it gets tiring counting points all the time. Always felt deprived of my favorite things--even though they say you aren't supposed to. The meetings are long and I never seemed to get much out of them--all repeat information. I just couldn't stay with it. Always felt left out at social events because everyone else is eating and drinking all they want. It seems insulting to the host to not eat their food.
