I ve been hitting the gym now for 8 years, lossed over 11 stone in 6 years

part of last year i lossed 3 stone in 4 months by using steriods from my doctor, the down side is i am now addicted to this power drug.. I eat a high amount of food & some times still want more food, so i use USN whey protein with food to keep me going, yes one will put weight on if u dont train
