Using Bath & Body Works anti-bacterial hand soap & Bath & Body Works anti-bac gel.

I use plain onld ivory or dove soap. It works well for me and is less irritating. I use a wash cloth a few times a week at night before applying Neutrogena retinol cream. Dont scrub too hard...just gently.

Of course, washing helps! Mind you, nothing cheap at the drug store ever worked. I have to use higher quality products that are especially for sensitive skin and yet won't give me breakouts or dry skin.

Always washing my hands. Use Avagard hand sanitizer. That's what the hospitals use.

I find that keeping good facial hygeine is vital and there are some good products out there. I find that soap is to dry with to many chemicals.
