Clean and clear is the best stuff for me.

Using a really basic exfoliate scrub in the shower (Equate all body type), and it seems to be helping a little bit.

This helped pull excess build-up out of the folicals and pores.

I feel as if I now have a disorder because I find myself washing and cleaning my hands and my face, nose, you name it, all the darn time. It's just not normal and I feel like a freak. I wash my hands so much that at times my fingers are sore.

I am using a different wipe every thirty days. Clearasil worked well.

I wash my face twice in a day or more if during the summer (face feels oily) or use a wash cloth and afterwards put pimple medicine.

Of Course I wash my face! It just likes to REBEL durring the day.... and play acne hockey at night!
