Helps with depression. Downside is that walking indoors isn't as great as walking outside daily. Also, my muscles, body initially feels good & then I always feel pain. Good depression buster!

I try to walk everyday regardless of how bad the pain is. I go out some days looking like crap because I have been so sick but I feel better when I get home. Its my way of fighting back. I cant explain the feeling you get after you walk for about it week.
