i love walking not only does it keep my weight in check but i feel a lift in my spirit while doing it and some there after

Just trying to walk regularly because I have a theory that if I keep walking my body will remember how! Hard to do on days when my legs get numb or dead or painful like today.

While hospitalized in Nov and again just last week once he had a lot of meds in him the doctor wanted him to start walking around to move his colon. We walked from the 4th flr to the ER doors and his guts growled and we made it back to his room and he went to the bathroom. We were told that walking is the best because it allows your colon to be able to move around which causes nature to do its thing.

I am trying to walk and that seems to help me. And it is at least healthy. Much better than my chocolate phase.
