I walk regularly. And it always helps. But again when I am really low I just sit and stare or lie in bed. If I can get one foot in front of the other it helps to walk andor any other exercise!

I love going for walks. At the beach around the neighborhood at the mall sometimes with friends with my niece in the stroller. I try to park further distances when Im going somewhere like a store or something so that I have more walking to do to get there. Also taking stairs when I have the option or always being the one to check the mail. Every little bit helps.
