I walk to escape and think, it helps clear my head and makes me feel less stresses
Walk 3.6 miles 5 times a week. Sometimes spasticity make it difficult esp. on hot days.

i found out how out of shape I was and then I got sore and I stopped. My kids were walking with me but now they are back in school and I dont like the idea of walking alone

One of my favorite things to do. Can't do it when I am depressed, unless someone sits with me for a while, then suggests that we simply go outside, then shows me something small that we could do together, and so forth until we wind up going for a walk.

Feels great when I feel well or hypomanic!
It relieves the anxiety attacks
I try to go walking every day. Its really good to get outside get some fresh air and clear your mind.
