I started doing Leslie Sansone's walking DVDs because it was getting to be too painful to walk outside. I got hooked on them and am now up to six sweaty miles per day. They're very convenient when the weather is nasty.

I walk three miles a in the morning on a track at the Y every day i can. I've lost 48 pounds in the last few years and try to stay in shape. i am convinced it's kept my pain from being a lot worse.
