Amazing...I've been told for years I'm just depressed or lack focus and organization skills due to lack of discipline. I'm now a believer in the minimal usage of medication in extreme circumstances is perfectly acceptable. I'm 220 lbs. and even if I could benefit from more than my 40 mg I'm staying put until I can stop taking it for more than a day without my loved ones seeing a dramatic change in my behavior. Zero side effects unless you count when I forget to take it!

Works O.K. we are going thru some major setbacks right now though

It seems to be working so far. Upped the dose only once since she started it a year ago.

My 15yr. old is on it and works really well. I would like to try it but my doc says it is not approved for adult usage.

So far so good.
Working / Worked
Seems to work pretty well without significant side effects. I definately focus on things better now, but still don't always pick the right things to focus on.

Worked for 3 months on 20 mg (30 made him violently sick. Ater 3 months started emotionally crying at school and home; a supposedly side effect. So changed to Concerta. Doing good so far.

I tried this drug about a year ago. I was given a free 30-day supply by my PMHNP. It worked very well for me in terms of my ADD however it did cut into my sleep schedule some. In regards to mood swings, they seemed to be far less pronounced than with Adderall. My obstacle with Vyvanse was the cost $$$! I'm not wealthy, and most health insurance plans don't cover this med.
