It definitely helped regulate my cycles and I got pregnant within a few months but then miscarried no relation to the Vitex I think. Stopped taking it after the mc but my cycles were very regular by then and conceived DD 7 months later. Took it for about 6 months after Mirena came out but I think it was raising my Progesterone too much bc I would have early pg symptoms every month then get AF so stopped taking it but am still ovulating according to OPKs.
