I do feel better on sunny, warm days. I also take a supplement, especially in the winter- but I don't find that does anything, perhaps I need to up the dose?

I have decided to take a 400iu dose of Vitamin D all year round as we have very little sun.

Taking 2-3000 units per day for osteomalacia. Vit D tests showed a baseline score of 0 ( 30-50 is normal for my age/gender).
