Vitamin D helps metabolize Calcium. Megadose (that means a buttload)50,000 IU and 1.5 Grams Calcium. I take Citrical and love Viactivs - taste like Tootsie Rolls. Lab shows Calcium and Vit D levels normal

I take a daily supplement of Vit D because I've heard from working in psych unit that Vit D and B12 and magnesium all seem to be at low levels in the blood stream of those w/ fibro..can't say whether it's really helped or not
