Definately have your vitamin D checked. My was extremely low. It has helped me feel better over all.

Despite living in AZ, my Vit. D level was almost nonexistent. I took 50,000 units once a week for 8 weeks and now maintain with 2,000 units a day, mixed fish, flax, and borage oils, and sunscreenless morning gardening.
Get your D level checked!
Really has helped with the diffuse bone and joint pain. I can not stress the importance of this vitamin enough; especially with people who are housebound, or sleep days to work nights, prone to depression, are post menopausal, or live in a northern climate.
