google "titrating to tolerance" I take 20 grams of vitamin C daily without any problems. Mix it with lemon and pineapple juice. Always without food since C increases iron absorption. May have antivirals qualities. Speeds healing strengthens immune system antioxidant stimulates collagen production. quit taking it due to $ constraints.
