I take this because my vitiam b12 is on the low side and my doctor feels that it is a good idea to have it higer. I don't have an side effects and feel people should consider taking this and getting tested for deficientcy. MY vitamin D was also bad around 17. This can really drag you down so check this out. They can really make you tierd if they are low and iron would be a good thing to check for also.
