Vision Therepy definatley helps me. My dad helped me alot, and I can read really fast. My dyslexia doesn't effect me as much now as it did before, but when I get really excited I get my words mixed up and talk funny.

A tutor once suggested that we use colored paper for assignments... it helps her complete assignemts as far as time management but we still have to go back and correct answers- handwriting - or with math fractions that she has written reversed- or problems she has answered in a reverse form. I'm told this method helps grab the attention of the child and assist with focus and sight. I think it helps and there is a difference in her grades and time management when used or not used.
