Affected my grandson legs. He had trouble walking and they were painful.
We have had no problems with this medication and my daughter has been on it since Feb 2011.

The easiest chemo. just a shot. I had pretty bad neuropathy. Now I have feeling in my feet but They are very sensitive and I get random nerve pain occasionally.
Sever jaw pain with first dose. Symptoms lessened with time and future doses. Leg pain.

so for with this medication im not in the er or icu. its the only treatment that works n holds my itp count.

i had to take her weekly to get her chemotherapy for 6 months . she had to get a port put in her right kidney was removed in may 09 and her prt was removed 2 weeks ago. it was the hardest most painful thing id gone thru but thru prayer and hupe shes in remission now.

Initially caused severe jaw and bone pain, but now-doesn't seem to slow her down one bit!!

Micah recieves the VAC every three weeks so it is difficult to isolate which drug is causing him the most problems. Micah has lost a significate amount of weight and is not interested in eating. He is on a feeding tube. However, there is now no visable sign of cancer.
It made it to were William couldn't walk anymore. But it will come back. And it made his legs really heurt!
