I was given this in my IV when I was hospitalized. It worked well, given that by the time I was put on it, I had had MRSA for 2 weeks.

Nothing else would work. So after a day of different antibiotics they switched to Vancomycin and I started to get better.

IV drip, don't recall dosage but could look it up if anyone's curious. It cured the meningitis so that's all we cared about.
