Seems to be working ok. I had it switched due to a bad cough I had on another blood pressure med.

Even though my blood pressure is perfect doc said I needed this for my kidneys to work well. No side effects so I guess its working ok.

The combination of meds above appear to work for me. I am allergic to ace inhibitors. It has taken many years to find the right combination.

i take one pill a day and it has helped keep the numbers in check
