Started on this med to taper off of Klonopin, which was a disaster (accidental DT's!!). Worked great for the first year. Increasing side effects such as insomnia, paradoxical reaction ("wakes" me up in the morning), and increased sweating. Was like a zombie for the first 4 days of treatment until my body adjusted, so plan accordingly. I'm tapering off of this med now, I would only recommend for short term acute episodes.
