I have this on hand if I need one. I have pretty major anxiety, but I try to push through most of attacks. When I have needed to take the Valium (only 5mg), it works very well.

Prescribed this once, by an on-call doc inplace of my FamDoc for extreme anxiety attacks.
My FamDoc quickly took me off of it when he found out, and said it was too "addictive" for me.
This is what prompted dosage changes with other meds.
I had occasional extreme anxiety attacks again, and was prescribed clonazepam from another on-call doc.
This time my FamDoc allowed me to continue using it because it seemed to work very well with me.
