Valium helps with the dizziness better than anything else I have tried. So I guess some of the dizziness is stress related. A head full of black fog and 20 different noises can cause terrible stress.

A last resort for me. I hate taking it. It does help, but has dangerous side-effects. For example, if you have Meniere's in one ear, valium can make the balance components of the other ear become lazy.
