Valium was too pleasurable in my opinion and as much as I enjoyed the relieving effects, it seemed like it was more helpful to cover for a period of time- rather than control. It is something I would just like to have around but as a choice for when needed. I did do that exact thing for a while.

I find if I take it before bed I am less likely to grind. If I take it the next morning while in lots of pain it usually doesnt kill the pain and I end up taking a lot more to try to rid the pain only to build a tolerance and still be in pain.
