Did not work.

I used this for Insomnia and found it very effective with no morning rebound like you find with overthecounter sleeping products and Rx ones too. I took two pills I dont know the milligrams but I followed the directions on the bottle and they came from and they were the store brand. I learned that Valerian should not be used every night for longer than one month. I am not sure why.

Valerian is great, but does not keep me asleep all eight hours long, necessarily. Otherwise, Valerian is very good. I also take melatonin about 6 mg before bedtime.

I take valerian root in a tea that includes a number of other things, including camomile. I have found it to be helpful.
