I take one or two 50m per day, it takes the edge off the pain

This is a great drug but side effect is temporary hearing loss while on it. I'm already very hearing impaired so that was a problem for me, I'm deaf enough so I stopped it. But it's good for pain and energy, good stuff.

Did not work

It took the pain away wonderfully. After a year, it didn't work as good, my dr. upped the dosage. We didn't realize at the time, but it was causing me drug fever. I had a fever of up to 100 degrees all day, every day for about 6 months. We didn't think it was causing it, because I had taken it for a year with no bad reaction.

ultram is all i take now i have to take very high doses it is very dangerous.allready had one seizure

It was helpful but the problem with narcotics is, you have to keep going up in dose because your body gets immune the dose. I became seriously addicted to these and other pills. I also was addicted to Soma, a muscle relaxer. I am off them now but had to get on Suboxone to help me detox off the opiates I was on for 15 yrs. I am still on Suboxone. Side effects of opiates make you sleepy, agitated, no energy and that is worse for Fibromyalgia. All the side effects it will do to your kidneys.

I have had Fibromyalgia symptoms for years until I got on ultram. Nothing works like this drug does for me. Its been a miracle. I have taken 200mg once per day for a year and I have my life back. There are some antidepressant and antianxiety properties to this drug and it does give you a slight feeling on happyness for about 10 hours a day. Its a miracle drug and would urge anyone who has Fibromyalgia symptoms to try it out.

Not quite strong enough

This is very effective for me, but it is addictive which of course i didn't know or wasn't told. Actually wasn't told. After a while if you don't take it it caused me to be very anxious. I had to taper it to get off it.

I use Ultram ER and it works ok. I have tried other pain meds but hate the out of it feeling.
